Brief: Logo refresh for SASSPA- School Administrative and Support Staff Professional Association, launched at their Annual Conference 20th & 21st August 2015 as their former logo was outdated and did not reflect nor represent their core values.

Result: The Waratah is the national symbol of NSW. The original SASSPA upward arrows have been incorporated into the waratah to represent an upward notion. Symbolic of success, striving upward. A symbol of new directions.
Each sector of the waratah together form a cupping notion- whereby they are symmetric, representing equality and a holistic, inclusive learning approach. This best reflects SASSPA’s purpose of: “To create a culture of collaboration, engagement, empowered leadership and best organizational practice”.

SASSPA’s vision of professionalism is reflected in the logo by the clean design and complimentary typeface.
